At Blue Ocean AI, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. You have the right to request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.

What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, the following information is permanently removed from our systems:

Profile Information
Meta Access Tokens
AI Assets & Media
Analytics Data

Deletion Timeline

    Immediate Revocation

    All Meta API access tokens are instantly blacklisted and session keys invalidated.

    Logout Injection

    Active user sessions are forcibly terminated across all devices and browsers.

  • 3

    Production Purge

    Within 30 days, your data is permanently scrubbed from our production databases and backups.

Method 1: Via Facebook Settings

  1. Navigate to your Facebook **Settings & Privacy → Settings**.
  2. Select **Apps and Websites** from the left-hand navigation.
  3. Locate **"Blue Ocean AI"** and click **"Remove"**.
  4. (Optional) Check the box to remove all previous activity.
  5. Confirm the removal to trigger the automatic purge.

Blue Ocean AI respects your disconnect immediately through Meta's secure callback.

Method 2: Data Deletion Callback

Our infrastructure is configured to handle real-time deletion events. When you disconnect our app through Facebook, Meta's servers send an encrypted ping to our highly available endpoint:
